Creativity as Part of Wellness
I’m really excited for today’s guest and the topic we are about to discuss. So often you hear wellness described as exercise and nutrition. And within that self care is sprinkled in but what my guest is about to tell us is going to make wellness wayyy more fun.
Today’s guest, Cornelia Baum, is of heart and soul of bohoLIVING. Where West Coast Dream Chaser meets Midwest roots. Cornelia is a macrame artist, yoga instructor, aspiring health coach, dog mom and favorite aunt. She helps women find wellness and balance along with a little inspiration through creativity and mindfulness.
If you haven't listened in yet, here is a glimpse of the questions I asked her.
-
Let’s start with you telling us a little about who you are and how you came on this path?
-
Where did your macrame/wellness journey begin for you?
-
At what point in your life did you know that this would be the path you'd take?
-
Can you speak more on how you believe creativity is part of someone's overall wellness?
-
For the listener who is thinking "I'm just not a creative person", how could they explore and learn more about their creative side?
-
I love to give my listeners actionable steps that feel manageable. What is ONE thing someone listening can do TODAY that will help them cultivate more creativity in their life?
-
How can people find you if they want more?
Cornelia has graciously given us access to her free macrame tutorial and the beginners guide to being more creative. You can also find her on Instagram and Facebook.
