How to Stop Yelling at Your Kid(s)
EPISODE 10: HOW TO STOP YELLING AT YOUR KIDS WITH TY KRUEGER
Tyler, also referred to as Ty, Krueger is a man of many hats. First and foremost he is a family man. Together, with his wife (and business partner) Hilary, they run the Behavior Change Collective, an online and in person behavioral coaching resource in full integration with raising their three young children in good old Green Bay, WI.
Tyler possesses a masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and holds a certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. He has spent the last decade working as a Lead Therapist and Clinical Director in the field of autism treatment and behavioral consulting.
Tyler is also extremely passionate about physical fitness as he believes the brain and the body are closely connected. This passion has led him to pursuing certifications as a CrossFit Trainer, a United States Weightlifting Sports Performance coach, and gym owner with the opening of Packerland CrossFit in the summer of 2018.
His most recent project revolves around utilizing the fitness principles he learned in CrossFit in combination with the social, emotional and behavioral regulation skills from his professional therapist training to create Therapeutic Fitness.
Using physical fitness as a vehicle to teach these skills captures the biological and neurological benefits of fitness itself (e.g., stress reducing, endorphin releasing, energy burning, etc.) while generating a safe and supportive group environment where naturalistic opportunities will be presented for kids to learn and then practice key targeted skills.
It is Tyler's goal in life to serve as many families as possible through his education in the behavioral sciences, passion for fitness, and personal experiences of being a dad. You can find everything he is up to over on his website

In this episode, Ty dives deep into why kids behave the way they do and how we as parents can learn to stop yelling and get to the root of WHY the behavior is happening.
When we do this, it saves the sanity of parents while helping kids learn how to shift into a more positive way of being. You'll want to grab a pen and paper while you listen because Ty is not holding back on all the ways you can start now. He gives his best tools and you'll want to make note of this.
